Maritime counter-crime advising and training program for maritime security companies and maritime law enforcement agencies, made up of a number of projects designed to fulfill a need to help and train national law enforcement, security operators and military personnel involved in responding to maritime crime with regard to acts of terrorism, drug trafficking, piracy, and smuggling perpetrated from criminal organizations.

Advising training program trains staff to deal with the following situations:
Maritime security investigation
Investigative assistance conducting or participating in maritime investigative missions and bilateral consultations to gather information on behalf of government authorities, in connection with criminal activities, identifying areas where the capacities of the State can be strengthened to enhance the implementation of the maritime security.
Maritime security intelligence
Comprehensive maritime security intelligence collecting and analysis information with the purpose to identify technical assistance that law enforcement needs to make better operational and strategic decisions, maximizing efficiency and reducing risks, identifying and evaluating all kinds of maritime threats.
Port facility security inspections
Security inspections aimed to identify any weaknesses in existing infrastructures and in the security procedures developing threat assessments and threat analysis with the purpose to improve the security in the maritime onshore and offshore sensitive infrastructures (port facilities, oil and gas coastal terminals, electric plants, industrial infrastructures, etc.).
ISPS/ISM Audit
Internal ISM/ISPS audits for companies as per the specifications laid down by the Company ISM & ISPS manual. The vessel is audited for compliance with mandatory ISM/ISPS. The audit involves inspection of the vessel and documents as required by ISM/ISPS Code, personnel embarked interviews, and boat/fire drill conducting to evaluate the overall performance of the crew and their awareness of safety and security procedures.
The training program is developed with several courses derived from analysis of current maritime threats, the capabilities of key criminal and terrorist groups, their devices and tactics, and the measures to be employed to deter stop, and mitigate terrorist, piracy attacks, and the illicit traffic of the drug in the maritime environment.
The training program will provide a working knowledge of current and evolving maritime threat and how to produce and manage a Maritime Force Interdiction Plan (MFIP).
This knowledge will enable personnel engaged in maritime force protection duties to identify and respond to specific threats as they evolve.
Maritime law enforcement training program trains staff to deal with the following situations:
Waterborne coastal and riverine counter crime operations (narcotics trafficking, smuggling, human trafficking, illegal fishing)
Training program to provide established international military and police maritime special operations units/teams with advanced training in the tactical operation patrol craft during day and nighttime waterborne special operations missions in the coastal and riverine environments.
VBSS - Vessel boarding inspections
Training program that teaches the operational techniques that a security team must adopt during security inspection aboard a ship aimed at combating the transport of illicit products (drug, arms, illegal migrants, smuggling of goods)
Container inspections
The objective of this training is to enhance container inspection techniques for law enforcement team, port facility and dry port security operators regard drug trafficking, weapons, and explosive smuggling.
The aim of this course is to enable the individual to carry out safe systematic container security inspections.
Port security training
Training program reserved for personnel who carry out security activities inside a port terminal area.
The course provides adequate knowledge of the topics as defined in the ISPS Code and in section A-VI / 6 of the IMO / STCW code for the performance of security tasks by personnel assigned to security tasks in port facilities and passengers terminals according to the facility's security plan.
Underwater security operations
Unique special training program developed for Law Enforcement and military personnel, based on analysis of underwater risk resulting from terrorist attacks, sabotage, criminal activities and natural calamities.
The program has been developed following the International Maritime Organization rules (IMO-Code ISPS International Ship and Port Facility Security), and is designed to familiarize the divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques and hazards of security diving operations.
The course provides theoretical and practical knowledge to conduct a wide range of underwater missions aimed at security operations, underwater crime scene investigations to the maximum operational depth of 30 meters. Upon request we can extend the maximum operational depth until 40 meters.
Maritime security operator
This advanced security training program has been designed to fulfil a need to train specialist commercial and military personnel in maritime security awareness with regard to acts of terrorism, piracy, smuggling perpetrated against vessels and port facilities.
The course is derived from analysis of current maritime terrorist threats, the capabilities of key terrorist and pirates groups, their devices and tactics and the measures in currently employed to deter stop and mitigate terrorist and piracy attacks in the maritime environment.
During the training program will provide students with a working knowledge of current and evolving maritime terrorist threat and how to produce and manage a Maritime Force Protection Plan (MFPP) in conjunction with the Ships Security Plan (SSP).
This knowledge will enable personnel engaged in maritime force protection duties to identify and respond to specific threats as they evolve.
